- MDMiss T DMay 30, 20263.0This review has 2 parts: Customer Service & Package Delivery. CUSTOMER SERVICE - Whenever I go to this location, I always receive great customer service. The ladies who work there are very pleasant. PACKAGE DELIVERY/SERVICE - The postal package delivery service has been, and continues to, go down the mountain, not hill. DO NOT USE THE EXPRESS NEXT DAY SERVICE!! It has never worked for me. The refund process is worse than having all of your wisdom teeth surgically removed without painkillers and a colonoscopy at the same time. After trying online, and in person, I gave up and filed a dispute with my credit card company. Absolutely ridiculous! If you need Next Day service, just be prepared to pay the $50 whatever and go with FedEx or UPS.

But its so unfortunate that this post office keeps on doing this! Last time i was waiting for some glasses my husband had ordered for work with his prescription and they freaken stole them and they still delivered an EMPTY BOX!! These people are so pathetic having to steal from the communities packages and still deliver empty boxes or opened boxes and still claimed it wasnt them!! Someone needs to look into this facility and investigate whats going on with mail and packages in general!!

They do have smart lockers, PO Boxes, and a mail drop for small to medium packages in the lobby available after hours. There's one drive up mailbox outside. Looks nice and neat inside. I visited after desk staff had gone for the day.
