They have a sign that says “GOLD CUSTOMER SERVICE” that should be removed immediately or at least this African American male worker who haves the rudest attitude and obviously no sense of manners. How do they get hired ? Strongly recommend customer service training more often, they seem to forget what GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE is quick. If they can’t carry on a smile on their face and a welcoming word, they shouldn’t be there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Teresa, the clerk is RUDE!! Everytime I come in I have a bad experience with her.. and I’m not surprised now that I see this location has such bad reviews and bad customer service is the norm. Anytime anyone comes in she acts as if she bothered and doesn’t have the time.. she takes forever, the line is always long when it’s just her. uhm!!! You’re at work, this is your job.. Management is no better. Nothing is done when you complain so you might as well not be bothered.. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB so that this matter is brought to the attention of the proper people because obviously nothing is being done for this behavior to be going on for so long.

By far the worst post office I've ever had to deal with. I've lived in my apt complex for about 8 months, down the street from the post office, and I've had to call COUNTLESS times about lost packages that they will mark as delivered! One package contained about $200 worth of clothes from a store I had received packages from prior, and the post office tried to claim my apartment number was not on the shipping label. After I called and complained for 3 weeks straight, my package was miraculously "found" and dropped on my doorstep. Second time I lost a package they claimed apartment number was missing again and that it was returned to sender, but they must have "forgot" to scan the barcode to track it back. Roommate's package was also lost, 2 weeks later we found it sitting outside a different apartment than ours, even though all her information on the label was correct. I've had to open up cases with Consumer Affairs regarding this post office. Workers are poorly trained and not helpful or understanding in the least bit. I cannot wait to move to another district, this post office being a main reason why! AVOID USING THEM AT ALL COSTS
