She literally answered her personal phone as I approached the counter and began having a personal conversation. I bit my tongue and said my please and thank you’s because that’s how I was raised. She never once acknowledged me - just typed in her computer as I handed her my envelope and handed me a receipt. Literally didn’t utter a single word to me. What an absolute disgrace. This is America for cryin out loud. Our tax dollars hard at work

When I spoke with them on the phone, they did not care whatsoever about losing my package, even though it was their mistake. Would highly not recommend using this Office or shipping with USPS in general. Very disappointed.

And a credit card I never receive anything important that I need , they are careless ! But deliver stupid adds and other things with my name it makes no sense! I’m fed up something needs to be done ! I never in my life had this many problems.. I had them hold my mail there and they still can’t find it !!!! Beyond frustrating.
