I will just stick to my local usps lol dont come here if you are eco friendly with packing she rude !

I have called customer care about the last two packages and if my shipper can't use another service I will have to take my business else where. This is pathetic and down right sorry. The keys for the drop box are missed label per the last postman I had to catch. And with that knowledge nothing was changed. There really should be zero stars as this is so frustrating as the package is a day late already and is very time sensitive. This key doesn't work in J or I one.

For my experience it was great, gentlemen attending me was polite, good mood and good communication. Unfortunately I witnessed another customer being humiliated by the Manager, I know there could be more to the story than what I witnessed but by the way the customer reacted seemed like it wasn’t the first time she’s done that. We need to do better and be kind. God bless
