Every time I come in here, the women are always so kind, welcoming, and FAST—even when the line is long! I’m not from here, but from the very beginning, they made me feel so welcome and at home.
I recently found out that my favorite employee, who had been here for 7 years, moved on, and I was honestly so sad to hear that! But the two new ladies are just as sweet, friendly, and amazing. It’s so nice to walk in and consistently be greeted by people who genuinely make you feel welcome.
Thank you ladies for always being so wonderful! You’re appreciated more than you know! ❤️

My package was accepted by this USPS location on July 3 and mailed internationally. About two weeks later, it was returned to me as "Non-Authorized." If the shipment violated USPS policy, it should never have been accepted in the first place.
When I returned to resolve the issue, I spent nearly three hours speaking with employees, Customer Service, and Consumer Affairs. No one was able to provide a proper solution. USPS neither reshipped my package nor refunded the postage I had paid.
The most frustrating part was that some employees appeared to be unfamiliar with USPS's own mailing policies. During our conversation, the specialist and master of store, searched Google and AI tools to understand USPS regulations instead of relying on official USPS guidance. That was very disappointing and did not inspire confidence in the service.
Customers should be able to rely on USPS employees to understand and correctly apply the company's own policies. My experience resulted in wasted time, unnecessary stress, and financial loss.

I've had to use this post office some 5 or 6 times and personally never had an issue. I understand those who do have problems are more likely to review than those who don't but I just wanted to put my piece out there. The workers are also always quite nice.
