  Calling in to report a postal problem with our delivery driver is impossible Burleson, Texas. We could call the Burleson Postal Service but now you call a one 800 number and they just keep sending you around in a circle with AI. This is horrible. How do I talk to the person in charge at Burleson Texas the postmaster or the postmaster general do you not care about the United States Mail anymore? It’s obvious you do not what do we do if we have a problem with a driver a continual problem no one does anything about it. You gripe about your pay you keep raising the cost of stamps yet the common person cannot get help when needed not appreciated. Once upon a time I knew who my driver was because I live in the country it changes and they don’t care. My gate is open. You can drive to my house and deliver a package. No they just threw it out on the ground happily take a picture and show you. I have a box at the gate if the gate is closed that you could put the package in no they just throw it out the window onto the driveway. I was told that if the gate was not open, they could no longer deliver packages unless there was a designated box for them to put packages in which 2601 and 2605 County Rd. 529 have done but no the gate is open and they drive just to the opening of the gate. Do not get out of their van our vehicle Jeep whatever you wanna call it and throw it out the window and it lands on the ground. How would you like your package treated like that? What if it’s breakable you no longer care we are no longer a community. The lady that runs the post office in Lillian is kind I go to Burleson. Yes it’s a bigger town. I understand, but I know no one behind the counter plus most of them are rude, but I’m getting off track. I’m talking about my delivery driver who brings my mail every day don’t know who it is today. I hope you will check, but I am not happy with the way our Mail system is going do with this what you will, which will probably be trash.

  They mix up the mail constantly and they complain about trash can being in the way on trash pick up day which btw is the exception to their postal blocking guidelines. They are supposed to get out of their car and deliver the mail but they don’t.

  They never put mail in the right mailbox. I always end up with someone else's packages.
