  Went here to get some documents notarized, and I had a great experience. Simran helped me with the notary process and was very patient, helpful, and attentive to every detail. She took her time to make sure all my documents were completed properly. Nayvon helped me with shipping the documents afterward and made that process quick and easy. Great customer service from both Simran and Nayvon. Professional, friendly, and definitely a great experience at this UPS Store!

  This was the first time I’ve ever had such a disappointing experience with the staff. I’m referring to the short gentleman with glasses. I visited last Saturday, 9/9/2026, to have a copy notarized. At first, he was assisting another customer and was very friendly and helpful to them and waited there almost 30 minutes to get my turn When it was my turn, however, he went inside, and I waited for approximately 10 minutes. When he finally came back, I asked if he would be helping me, and he said yes, but then went inside again. Since he was gone, I asked another staff member for assistance, and they began checking me in. After some time, the guy came back out, so I asked him again if he could please help me because I understood that he was the person who could notarize the document. Unfortunately, he responded rudely, and I also noticed that he was speaking disrespectfully to other staff members. I understand that employees can have busy or stressful days, but the way I was treated was very disappointing and unprofessional.

  Long wait time. Lack of staff and the black gentleman is very disrespectful and have zero customer service. Doesn’t greet you or say bye anything. Completely ignored you
