I do not know what the afternoon staff is doing but every single time I visit in the afternoon something goes incredibly wrong. The morning staff is on top of their game 100% of the time I go there but the afternoon staff is completely the opposite. I go in here regularly in the mornings because of a precious incident in the afternoon with a discrepancy with my total. Against my better judgment, I decided to go ahead and get my items shipped today instead of waiting til tomorrow morning and instantly regretted it. The man had added all this extra stuff on top of the coat of shipping my item and added a box that was way oversized. When I questioned the total he got an attitude with me and said okay I’ll drop it down to … at that point I don’t want to move forward with the shipping at all because explain why I have sent twice as much of my products for less that what you are charging right now? After much back and forth exchange, the price went down more still with no explanation of why or how in the first place. Be cautious of places like these. I was a frequent customer and I will not be returning. Professionalism, honesty and fairness is a very important factor in customer retention.

I want to give a big thank you to Lisa at this UPS location. She has helped me several times with different things, including notary services, Amazon returns, and even shipments related to my roofing business. She always takes the time to quickly check my Amazon returns so everything is processed correctly and I can receive my refund without unnecessary delays. She has also been a great help when I’ve needed to ship roofing materials to manufacturers for quality inspections, availability checks, and warranty reviews. Every time I visit, Lisa has been professional, helpful, patient, and very kind. I truly appreciate the level of service she provides. She has definitely earned my respect and is one of the main reasons I feel comfortable coming back to this location. Thank you, Lisa, for always taking great care of your customers!
