    Staff was extremely rude, pointed at us and said “kiosk” with 0 explanation. 3 workers and they made me use a kiosk and rushed me when I needed help.

    I have never posted a review before but the service at this store was so underwhelming. I was surprised to hear that printing was $3.50, so confused, I told the employee that I had never had this happen before and she essentially side eyed me & basically said “you’re welcome to go to the ups where you won’t get charged”. I was in the area running other errands, I actually do love the other UPS I go to so no worries on that, I was more concerned because it was a return for my contract job & needed to know about expensing it. It was then re-delivered to my house.. so here I go to deal with the ugly attitude I got in the first place & she acted like she literally did not know me & proceeded to tell me how to do things differently the next time.. such horrible customer service, gave an absolute stank face the entire time she was helping me.

    The customer service is excellent but their fees and prices are absolutely unacceptable and outrageous. I returned a packet from Amazon. I usually have the QR code which is free. I had a code where they had to print it and literally took them two seconds same printing almost that they would use for a QR code to return it to Amazon. They charge me three dollars and $.35 for a two second job I forgot how much their faxes are but it’s absolutely unacceptable
