I cannot say enough amazing things about the exceptional service I received from Mercy. She truly went above and beyond to help me with printing out some cards, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, she was kind, professional, and incredibly patient. She took the time to walk me through the different options, and even went out of her way to make sure I saved money in the process, which I greatly appreciated. What really stood out was her thoughtfulness. I had my toddler daughter with me, and instead of making the situation stressful, Mercy made it easier by giving her some stickers to keep her entertained. That small gesture meant the world to me and showed the level of care and attention she brings to her job. Not once did I feel rushed or like I was a burden—she made me feel valued as a customer the entire time. People like Mercy are rare. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness deserve recognition. She is the kind of employee who makes a business shine and keeps customers coming back. Honestly, she truly deserves a big raise for the outstanding service she provides. I walked out not only with my cards printed perfectly, but also with a huge sense of gratitude for the way she treated me and my daughter! f I could give her more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!

That small guy working there is very rude. This location is always plagued by rude employees. Get your stuff together!
