- KDKay DavisJul 25, 20245.0I love coming to this UPS store for its convenience and friendly staff. Mercy in particular is always welcoming, kind, polite, patient and efficient.
- KLKENNETH LevyMar 17, 20241.0Dropped off package that’s going to Houston 2 hours before cut off time and was told by one of the customer service reps that my package would arrive the next day. Well it didn’t so I got to calling ups, tracking info says it should be delivered by 7pm. Finally got thru to someone and was told that my package hasn’t even left the store. This is unacceptable, oh I had called before I dropped it off and was told the samething. I should have listened to my wife and just drive it to Houston because upstairs always screws up.
