The two gentleman whom I have encountered are fantastic! We came in once for a notary which was fast and professional. The second time we came in we had a VERY large print job. Neither of the two seemed annoyed or irritated. Both enployees went above and beyond to make sure everything was printed and we were taken care of. We will definitely continue to do business at this location.

Lost my package and charged me $160 for overnight delivery. Still can’t find it and needless to say, they take zero responsibility to help or rectify. Went to a local shipping place to resend the same documents and it was $60 for the same service. Plus they track and confirm. Don’t waste your time or money here.

They lost a large package with thousands of dollars worth of stuff when I was moving over a year ago and I have yet to receive reimbursement. I have called countless times about my claim, yet no progress is ever made. Extremely unhelpful and inefficient.

I recently visited a UPS Store to return an item and encountered a customer‑service model that feels increasingly out of step with modern expectations.
Despite bringing a digital shipping label, the store was unable to scan it directly- something I’ve raised with UPS for over a decade. Even today, with widespread wireless payments and digital workflows, the process still requires customers to email the label to the store. This creates unnecessary friction for a task that should be seamless.
The employee printed a single sheet of paper and charged $3.00 for accessing their own computer, plus an additional fee for the paper itself. While I understand service fees, the structure and scale of these charges feel disproportionate, especially considering the minimal time and resources involved.
This is particularly concerning when viewed through the lens of customer accessibility. Not everyone has a printer at home. A family returning a defective item may already be dealing with inconvenience, transportation costs, and lost time. Adding extra fees for basic processing creates an avoidable burden.
UPS is a highly successful organization, reporting $5.57 billion in net income in 2025, and already earns revenue from the shipping transaction itself. Given this, it’s difficult to understand why printing a single sheet of paper incurs additional charges that feel more punitive than supportive.
Customer service should reduce friction, not add to it. In an era where technology enables streamlined interactions, it would be encouraging to see UPS modernize this part of their process and reconsider the fee structure associated with simple tasks like printing a return label.
There’s an opportunity here for UPS to align its in‑store experience with the efficiency and customer‑centric values expected of a global logistics leader.

I have so many problems here it seems that everytime I send from this particular store packages get lost. I have brought it up to employees here and all they say is they're a franchise. The tracking says dropped off it gets picked up by driver and never heard of again. I have called UPS and they say file a claim. Its frustrating no help just pushed around to to call phone numbers or to the Next Person. What is crazy is that I started sending through another store and have No packages lost.
