  They SERIOUSLY need to included jobs that don't require someone the lift 100 lbs repeatedly!! Almost all of the jobs are extremely heavy lifting with little pay!!! And it's almost impossible to speak with someone at the location because they never answer the phones!!

  This place IS TERRIBLE THE WORST I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THE FORT WORTH OFFICE, They're very rude, unprofessional, Amy should be TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY SHE HANGS UP IN PEOPLE FACE VERY RUDE Kim was not helpful either this place is the WORST CORPORATE SHOULD STEP IN AND CLOSE THE FORT WORTH FACILITY ASAP!!!!

  I have been working for this branch on and off for years and have never had problems like this before with my pay, as well as so many back and forth, with employees about how its not them or how I am confused and I have been patient, I understand how the pay works, I have not been receiving paystubs or been being paid on time, I have tried plenty to resolve this and at this point I am being given the run around and told that "I dont need to call up there everytime I dont get paid on time giving them a story." My opinion is, I shouldn't have to call everytime, when I know my hours aren't submitted so far ahead, having issues with getting paid for 3-5 days. Whether it is a system issue or an employee incompetence issue is irrelevant to me at this point, the employer has a certain amount of time to confirm hours, when that is done I should get paid, period. I shouldn't have to call 2 days and 3 days later and send emails to the branch. I know for a fact it is a system issue, whoever I need to speak to I understand financial and banking systems, either the employees aren't clicking the pay button on time or the system isn't registering that correctly and is extremely delayed. Please for the love of God, it has been 3 weeks of these problems.
