  I have been working for this branch on and off for years and have never had problems like this before with my pay, as well as so many back and forth, with employees about how its not them or how I am confused and I have been patient, I understand how the pay works, I have not been receiving paystubs or been being paid on time, I have tried plenty to resolve this and at this point I am being given the run around and told that "I dont need to call up there everytime I dont get paid on time giving them a story." My opinion is, I shouldn't have to call everytime, when I know my hours aren't submitted so far ahead, having issues with getting paid for 3-5 days. Whether it is a system issue or an employee incompetence issue is irrelevant to me at this point, the employer has a certain amount of time to confirm hours, when that is done I should get paid, period. I shouldn't have to call 2 days and 3 days later and send emails to the branch. I know for a fact it is a system issue, whoever I need to speak to I understand financial and banking systems, either the employees aren't clicking the pay button on time or the system isn't registering that correctly and is extremely delayed. Please for the love of God, it has been 3 weeks of these problems.

  Usually I get a paystub after I complete a job then I get paid the next day. I haven't received a paystub after my shift or payment. Amy was not helpful wanted to hang up on me cause my wife was talking in the background so I had to leave the room or she was gonna hang up.

  Worked job two days ago not been paid and people n Fort Worth does not even check on why there employee has not been paid there are many other issues that have don’t have the time to go into

  Wow, all the negative reviews about this Kim person, I'm surprised she's still employed there! She's very rude and unprofessional. Get it together People Ready and get rid of her. I'm sure there are other people out there that can do better than her. People Ready your reviews are 👎
