  Complete incompetence how this company is allowed to continue to operate is crazy. This was the last time my package valved at nearly a thousand dollars was seen. Delivered then being carried away from my property after the driver had taken a picture of it. FedEx will not take any responsibility for its presumed theft. Driver set package on porch, takes photo then walks away with package.

  FedEx is the most incompetent shipping service I have ever experienced The drivers are lazy I’ve had them fill out a form saying they missed me and run up and slap it on the door and run and leave Now Ian waiting on my iPhone for 8 days now on a 1day delivery. Said they had the wrong address now it’s just been in limbo I would never use this trash service by choice that’s what att used to mail it to me

  Absolute garbage company. Packages never on time. Lost two of mine already. Customer service is the same response everytime.. “Please contact us to better assist you. Oh. Ok. We will open a ticket and do nothing about it. Wait until it randomly shows up or contact the shipper.” UPS absolutely reigns supreme.
