- CSCarolina SolanoMar 17, 20261.0Came in to ship out a couple of boxes and the lady who assisted me was aggressive from the start and said I could have used the kiosk up front. I told her there was a sign on the machine and that’s why I didn’t use it. There also wasn’t a wait and I prefer to have a person assist me instead of fumbling through a touchscreen kiosk that I have never used. She then picks up my boxes mixes them up just to set them back down and now I hope I sent the correct box to the correct address because I had them stack in a certain order. Maybe I should have just used the kiosk instead of having an employee assist me.

She is courteous and efficient all while helping multiple customers at once, by herself. FedEx in general kind of sucks with delivering packages to my home. It seems like all they have to do is hit a speed bump and they’ll delay my delivery. But my experience with re-routing to this location and doing a pickup has been a positive one so far.
