  Brenda, Tea, and Erick were amazing. I had an unusual request and they took the time to figure it out with me. They were all kind and patient.

  Terrible customer service. I went in needing to laminate papers which I had never done before. I was rudely directed towards the self-laminating machine. When I asked how to do it or help with it I was ignored. There also wasn’t any customers behind me, so the employee could have helped or took time to explain. Then when I was done and ready to check out I handed the papers back to the same employee and he rudely asked how many I ended up doing. I told him I wasn’t sure so I had to count them out for him. He clearly had them and could have counted them out. Customer service and a nice helpful demeanor go a long way. Most other locations I have been to the staff is always friendly and eager to help. When people obviously have a distain for their job and helping their stores customers then they should probably consider finding somewhere else to work. I hope the manger chooses to take this review seriously and addresses the issues with the employee.

  Extremely rude employees at the service desk. I have to ship a lot of FedEx packages for work and this is the closest location so I was forced to deal with them. I simply ask for the plastic that goes on the envelope and I stick my label on myself to keep the interaction to a minimum but even that little bit is an awful experience every time. Because I felt their horrible attitude getting worse, I now drive to a farther location just to avoid these people.

  This place is awesome! Customer service always helpful and so kind. Love going here and would choose it over any other location.

  I would rather go to the other FedEx location. These employees think we come here for free service.
