  Nice enough folks. I just wanted to reject a package and return to sender. They wouldn’t let me. Took it to another FedEx by Hulen Mall and kid you not was in and out in less than a minute. :/

  I shipped two packages at this location to return them for a total of $190 on 6/13/2026. One package was returned, the other has sat for over two months, not touched once since the day I dropped it off, which was the main return. It was split between $150 and $40. The $150 was a return that was insured up to $400 because that’s how much I was expecting my refund to be, but I can’t get my refund if the merchant doesn’t get their merchandise back, so thank you FedEx! And your website doesn’t have anywhere to resolve this on my own

  Marquisha provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, professional, and patient throughout the entire shipping process. I was shipping a very valuable pair of Nikon Monarch HG binoculars for repair, and she took the time to answer my questions, make sure everything was handled correctly, and treated both me and my package with care. Her positive attitude and attention to detail gave me confidence that everything was done right. Employees like Marquisha are a great reflection of FedEx. Thank you for making a stressful situation much easier!
