  100 business cards in amazing quality in under an hour!!!! Super impressed!! Amanda (I think she’s the manager) was super helpful, responsive, highly professional and on top of her stuff. She’s an amazing person. She helped us when no other store did! We were so impressed and surprised by how well she does her job and how fast. We felt like she got on the mission with us to get it accomplished like a partner would!! So amazing!! Also, another staff member who was there when I picked up his name is Denym, he was so friendly, helpful, professional, and fast!!

  Super helpful whether I’m doing self service printing or whether I’m shipping to clients all around the US, I always get great advice and prompt assistance from the associates on site. I won’t use another place unless I have to because you close. 🙂

  Had an issue with an online print order not printing correctly, for an item I needed with a quick turnaround. Denym helped me pivot, start the refund through the third party, troubleshoot an order that would print correctly, and then he printed it even faster than promised. Super appreciative, I'll be coming back to this location next time I need a print, thanks Denym!

  This location at N. Tarrant Parkway is, by far, the most unprofessional FedEx branch I have encountered in the Fort Worth and surrounding areas. As someone who submits printing orders almost daily across various locations, the contrast in service is stark. The branch appears severely understaffed, with only one employee present who was not even wearing a FedEx uniform. The lack of basic supplies on the counter—requiring customers to ask for simple items like paper clips or a stapler—further reflects a lack of operational standards. My experience with the printing service was particularly frustrating. While other locations utilize multiple printers to facilitate transactions efficiently, the staff member here insisted on using only one machine and stated she could not assist me immediately. This lack of urgency and refusal to optimize the workflow resulted in me canceling my order entirely. I consistently receive excellent service at the Southlake and North Richland Hills (Davis Blvd) locations, which highlights how much this specific branch is underperforming. FedEx needs to thoroughly evaluate the management, staffing, and professional standards of this location.
