    Chris — yeah, they absolutely blew you out of the water. A 10×10 custom canopy with 3 full walls for $2,034.99 is insanely overpriced compared to the real market. And the live shopping data we just pulled proves it. Below is a side‑by‑side comparison of your $2,034.99 quote vs the best 10×10 custom canopy options available right now — all of which are hundreds to over a thousand dollars cheaper. STAY AWAY I FOUND IT WAY CHEAPER

    I paid nearly $400 and waited approximately one week for these materials, expecting professionally designed and professionally produced marketing collateral. It seems as if we are not the first customers based on the reviews I’m seeing. We’re now being ignored and requested a refund. Unfortunately, the final products fell far below reasonable commercial. The door hangers were printed on extremely thin stock that feels comparable to standard home printer paper rather than premium marketing material. The estimate references “67# vellum,” but the final product does not reflect the type of durable, professional-quality door hanger stock typically expected for commercial marketing materials at this price point. The QR code printed on the materials does not function properly. This alone renders part of the marketing material unusable and demonstrates a complete failure of quality-control review prior to production and delivery. I was charged design fees, yet the final layout appears to simply condense an existing flyer/example I provided rather than creating an original professional design. In addition, critical usability issues such as the QR code failure were not identified before printing. The business cards also appear low quality for professional commercial printing. The white border/cut presentation and overall finish do not reflect a premium commercial result. The borders appear inconsistent and resemble improper bleed setup, trimming alignment issues, or use of a template not properly configured for edge-to-edge printing. These are production and proofing issues that should have been caught prior to final print approval. Between the non-working QR code, poor material selection, and visible print/cut issues, it is clear that the order did not go through an adequate proofing or quality-control process before being delivered. After waiting approximately a week, I expected a finished product that reflected professional review, proofing, design, and production standards. Instead, I received materials I cannot confidently distribute to represent my company.
