An email went to my son.(package receiver.) that said he should contact some oddball named person, but was not given any actual information to contact the person. I got an email because I get updates for the residence, and it said the attempt was made and that it would be attempted again the next day (SATURDAY) and as a 5 PM it still has not shown up. For the most part service has been good, but this is a big foul up, because a note should’ve been left behind giving an option to sign for the package so we could leave the house rather than waiting all day long for something that never comes.

The manager will tell you she’ll follow up by X date and time, but she won’t and you’ll have to follow up several times to no avail. This location is poorly managed so get a receipt, keep all of your records, and stay on top of your order tracking.
