- DADiamond Allen5 days ago1.0I ordered a package and once the package was "delivered"they place my package in a parcel and gave me the wrong key and when I called and asked about the key they called me the next day and told me that the mail carrier was gone. Mind you it was 12:00 p.m. and I know for a fact they hadn't checked the mail already. So when I called up there the very next day they basically told me that there was nothing that they can do and I would have to find out how to get my package back on my own but it never made sense to me because you said you delivered the package and then the very next day it was considered missing isn't that suspicious? And then ever since I tried calling up there they will not answer my calls they even declined two of them and I already left the review on the USPS website and nothing has been done. This is very unprofessional and I see that it is a common thing that they deal with. If I could I would leave 0 STARS.
