  The staff is always kind and very efficient. Great use of staff as there is never anyone standing idle by. Everyone is working and being productive. This store is always clean.

  I was disappointed with my recent experience at The UPS Store. When I walked in, the employee standing at the front register—directly in line of sight—was on his phone and did not greet or acknowledge me. None of the other employees present said anything either, so I eventually approached him myself. He then simply pointed me toward a female employee at the back register. While the employee who helped me was prompt, polite, and thanked me, the initial lack of acknowledgment was frustrating. If someone is stationed at the front counter, it would make sense for them to engage with customers rather than be on their phone. Otherwise, they shouldn’t be positioned where customers naturally expect assistance. Overall, the service I received at the register was fine, but the lack of basic customer service upon entering leaves room for improvement.

  UPS destroyed my item along with the box delivering my item. Amazon picked UPS to handle the return shipping. This store had the nerve to try to charge me for tape to repair the box UPS damaged. Amazon told me to keep the item but I was returning it anyways since I don't need a broken item. I can't recommend a store that tries to nickle and dime the customer any chance they get. I remember when UPS was better than this speaking as a retired UPS employee
