- MZMadison ZeiglerAug 10, 20261.0Do NOT come to this post office. I came here to cancel a change of address and when I asked for clarification of how to do so and which address to put on the form, I was met with major attitude which was completely unprompted. The one man clerk didn’t know how to submit a cancellation, so the other woman clerk stepped in. She would not answer my question clearly and I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. I filled out the card, was called back up to the counter, and I said, “Just for clarification, I’m putting my old address down, correct?” The man clerk said dryly, “Ma’am, I don’t know your situation.” The woman clerk then started snarkily going down the checklist for how to submit a change of address. I went to ask a followup question and she told me to “stop talking” and to “be quiet.” I am appalled and blown away by how disrespectfully I was treated for absolutely NO reason. I walked out and will never ever be returning to this location ever again. Do better, USPS.

Horrible customer service and a waste of 60 dollars and an hour in the day
- HHH HJun 29, 20261.0They need a complete overhaul of employees in this building. They are very RUDE. I’ll no longer use the post office. Unfortunately, I’ll continue to get mail that isn’t even mine at home. Flower Mound PO is a joke- go/use ANYWHERE other post office. Employees, get an attitude adjustment or quit since you have your job so much.
