- JBJustice BMay 11, 20261.0The website lies and claims they have passport walk in hours Mon-Fri at 3pm-4pm. I arrive on time to apply and they turn me away stating they ONLY take appointments. Other locations have never turned me away from their walk in hours. He clearly just didn’t want to help me.

They are on the slower side. My appointment was at 11:15, but they did not get me in until close to 11:50.
