  Awan spent so much time helping me print my wedding envelopes, and I truly appreciated the care and attention he put into making sure everything turned out perfectly. He worked on them all day, was incredibly patient, and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this location for both their excellent customer service and quality work. Thank you, Awan, for helping make our wedding invitations so special!

  **1 out of 5 stars** I had a terrible experience at the UPS Store on Long Prairie. The staff here were incredibly rude and unhelpful over the smallest thing. I came in with a very small box that just needed a single piece of tape to seal it—not even a half piece going forward. Instead of simply helping out, they were extremely rude and told me they charge anywhere from $1, $2, and up to $5 just for one strip of tape! It is absolutely ridiculous to nickel-and-dime people over a piece of tape. What bad customer service. My advice to the staff: try to be polite to the customers who enter your shop. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

  This is so sad. Loved this ups store till they now decided to charge $2 to print a label for u. I get it’s an inconvenience for them but they r busiest store around and to absolutely price gouge on a $10 return item that needed label is shameful. Still have same owners and I hope it was worth losing a regular customer to this.

  This store used to have excellent customer service but now a days they start being very greedy and start charging 2 dollars for taping and 2 dollars for taking prints and god know after few months they might start a $2 entry fee and $2 air conditioning fee as well.
