  I understand that new employees need training, and I have no issue with a trainee assisting me. However, my shipment took approximately three times the normal processing time because the manager conducted the training during my transaction. I was essentially required to wait while the employee was being trained. I think the training should have been paused or another employee should have handled the customer so that the customer wasn't made to bear the full cost of the training time.

  The owner at this location shows a complete lack of customer service. They attempted to charge me a dollar for a tiny piece of tape just to finish sealing my box. That’s unacceptable. Fortunately, I have other locations nearby that actually value their customers.

  Two days ago, I went to this shop to pick up a package and showed my phone to the young man working there; without my consent, he added a review of the place. I found this disrespectful and unprofessional. He could face a lawsuit for using my data

  Went for an Amazon return. Two separate packages that were the same product but came at different times, so they had two different return labels. The two ladies working there insisted they had to be returned under the same return label and either taped or boxed together. These were TWO DIFFERENT packages with TWO DIFFERENT return labels that was printed. Insisted they won’t take it unless we buy tape to tape them together or a big box. Would not listen to the fact they were TWO DIFFERENT returns. Horrible customer service. Horrible attitudes. Seriously the most unhelpful and unkind people. And we have been there multiple times without issue before.
