  I had an amazing experience with UPS, especially thanks to Amir! I accidentally lost my driver’s license, and Amir went above and beyond by personally stopping by my home to return it. His honesty, kindness, and dedication to customer service are truly exceptional. Amir is one of the best UPS employee - owner I’ve ever encountered. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares this much about customers. UPS is lucky to have such a wonderful owner on their team! Thank you, Amir, for your outstanding service and thoughtfulness. Truly appreciated!

  I have used Aamir at the UPS store in Flower Mound, Tx and he has been so polite and helpful, respectful and efficient!! We have copied hundreds of pages of family history and also have had copies made for businesses. Always done with excellence!! Thank you thank you!!! Every customer leaves with a smile

  "I came in to **The UPS Store to get a document notarized, and the service was quick and smooth. The staff member who helped me with the notarization was very professional, polite, and efficient. I was in and out in just a few minutes. It is so convenient to have a reliable notary right in the neighborhood.   This location was fantastic! Our regular pickup was missed by UPS therefore we had to drop off the shipments. It was a lot of packages but they were very accommodating and willing to help. Shout out to the driver who waited for us and accepted our next day delivery shipments. We really appreciate it!

  ⭐️ 1 star — Absolutely unbelievable. I ordered an iPhone for my birthday and was genuinely excited because it was supposed to arrive quickly. I had no idea I was actually signing up for a **10-day nationwide tour with UPS**. Because the package required a signature, UPS couldn’t deliver it since they never provided an approximate delivery time. Fine. So I added a CVS literally **around the corner from my house** as an alternative pickup location. And what happened next? Apparently, my package needed to see the country first. 🤦‍♀️ It traveled from **Texas → Florida → Kentucky → and finally… back to the CVS around the corner from my house.** A package that could have traveled a few minutes ended up traveling across multiple states, only to arrive **10 days later than expected**. And, of course, the grand finale: the package arrived with the **box opened and damaged**. 📦👏 Thank you, UPS, for turning a simple birthday delivery into a stressful cross-country adventure. Now, after waiting 10 extra days and receiving an opened, damaged package, I’m left wondering whether the iPhone inside is actually in perfect condition. **Absolutely unacceptable service. I paid for a product, not a nationwide sightseeing tour for my package.** UPS, you can definitely do better.
