Brought in a package with an already-paid UPS label, and they charged me $1.50 just to put two pieces of tape on the box. That used to be included, no questions asked. UPS already gets paid for prepaid shipments processed here. Charging extra to slap on tape is a cheap, unnecessary money grab. Won't be back.
