I just wanted you all to know that the new Post Master Courtney and Amera are here to make this the best Post Office that it can be. I have been waiting on a check for 2 weeks from the insurance company that were giving me the run around. I told this to Courtney so he knew how badly I needed this check. Amera and Courtney worked on trying to find this check that I needed more than words can say. They worked over 24 hours going over every piece of mail and by the mercy of God they found it. It is truly a miracle. I think everyone here in Florence will find out that Courtney and all of his employees will go beyond your expectations to help you in anyway. So many Thank You's to our new Post Office. After living here for over 25 years I can say Wow!! We have the best Post Office that Florence could have ever hoped for. - MGMelanie GibsonAug 11, 20211.0Do not accidentally forgot to change the shipping address on a package because even with mail forwarding this post office will not forward your mail but send to the old address on the package. Not real sure what mail forwarding is supposed to be for if they don’t use it.
