My mailbox is placed out by my driveway on the right side just like every other house on my street and you’re still refusing to deliver my mail. I got a stupid note on my door telling me to move my mailbox across the street. I’m not moving my mailbox, it is set up exactly as the house next to me(not across the street) your carriers need to deliver my parcels. This is unacceptable, do better at your job.

- MJMazie JonesFeb 21, 20191.0If I could give 0 Stars I would. The customer service at this location is awful. The woman was rude and inconsiderate when I came in to retrieve a package. She was snippy and arrogant when helping me, if you can even call it helping. I was friendly throughout and yet she felt the need to go out of her way to be rude and treat me like I'm an idiot. She was not understanding and did not make me feel welcome. It takes a lot for me to go and write a negative review about a place but this run in truly deserved the worst possible review. Thank you.
