  The office ladies are wonderful, But my mailman, I can have my arm up for days, have mail that needs to go out, just puts mail on top of it like its not there, back in my day if the arm was up, it ment someone was sending out mail... its just my mail transfers but FR??? Pics are of me putting it back in, arm up... let's see what this Wednesday brings to me or takes away 🤔

  This office is ran by an unprofessional lady named sue, they are un organized and do not care about delivering our mail. They have lied in various occasions to avoid delivering mail and packages. Me and 100s of ferris residents have beed having the same issue, the “supervisor” Sue is rude and un bothered pf the issue she will hang up the phone if you call.

  The service is terrible half the time, particularly if you get Wanda, who doesn't seem to know how to do her job. The drivers are too lazy to actually pull into the driveway and honk if there's a package that needs to be delivered, instead choosing to force you to go up to the post office the next day, which is double inconvenient if you work the same hours they're open and you get Wanda The Slowest Person In There. I live in the outskirts and it's no quick jaunt to get there. I don't know why the drivers are so lazy now, they used to pull in and honk. It used to be so much better five years ago, but it keeps going further and further down the drain. Screw this post office, I wish we had a better one.

  Every day i get my neighbors mail in my box,my mail in their boxes!!! How difficult is it to read an address and place in the correct box...i have told the post office on numerous occasions and still nothing done..they suggest i get a po box,uh no!! My mail has my name address an dso does my mailbox and my mail should be placed in my box not my neighbors and my other neighbors and so forth..We are sick of it...there is ONLY ONE LADY that puts mail in correct boxes and i thank her everytime i see her...the other day the new mail "girl" young dark headed girl pulled up to our boxes,got out left mail truck running and proceeded to go all the way down the street walking delivering mail...helllllooooo you actually left the mail truck unattended amd RUNNING....I want to know who i can talk to about this because im sure ive had mail just throwed away because of some rude neighbors, i myself have enough decency to put their or any mail in its correct box when its in mine and i say when not if,because someones mail is always in my box amd it belongs two or three boxes over......
