  Coming down from Florida I had to get some quick prints and bindings for my presentation next day, walking in this store and finding out that complicated double sided prints were not in my luck but Ashavni was working that day and she did took my problem and found a solution for me, having experiencing highest possible customer service and support It almost made my entire outlook change. I usually don’t write rewards but I couldn’t let this slide without showing a spot light on “Ashavni”. Thanks you once again and thank you Staples.

  We had some booklets printed here. Our was completed on time. Reasonable cost and staff was kind and courteous.

  I was glad to hear this Staples had a small Party City area inside their store, thus 2 stars. I purchased 20 balloons and had them filled with helium. They were ready in 1 1/2 hrs. Each balloon was not tied in a knot they just had the ribbon tied on each one. I had to undo each one and tie each balloon or the helium would've leaked out. Just a warning to anyone who has them fill balloons. Maybe the employees need a bit more training? I'd have been so disappointed if I'd lost helium before recognizing this problem.
