  I love this store! The service is so quick and fast, and always helpful and polite. Thank God I don't have to go to the Hatchie store anymore 😁.

  I return item they’re telling me item below was not found in the returned package, or could not be identified due to the absence of a barcode. Was a black lady and I give return code I gave her the package I don’t know what happened to my package. The merchant telling me they’re not receiving it.

  Absolutely awful notary on staff, lezlie is as unprofessional as it comes and rude as hell. I recommend going elsewhere to get something notarized if you're in a rush to overnight some paperwork.

  I came here to get paperwork notarized that needed to be overnighted. I needed two witnesses, and the first issue was that they did not have two witnesses available, even though there was someone working in the back. Then I called a friend to come help, and the notary at UPS said that he needed to arrive before 6:00pm from across town (it was around 5:40) because they stop notarizing at 6:00pm even though they close at 6:30pm. I asked a stranger to be my witness and luckily they said yes. We completed it and I overnighted my paperwork. Well, the notary did not ensure the witnesses printed their names and when I called to ask what the names were the notary did not write the names down in her logbook. She hung up the phone on me before I could ask to speak to someone else. This whole experience was horrible, and Lezlie was unprofessional on both days I spoke with her. She made it abundantly clear that my situation was not a priority, and anything that slightly inconvenienced her was not to be done. If you need something notarized, especially if you are given a short time frame, DO NOT come here.

  The crew that works at this store is kind, friendly and efficient. I routinely drop off Amazon returns here and have always been treated with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this UPS store for any shipping needs.
