We sent a parcel with priority international mail just to get it back 3 weeks later only because WE WERE NOT TOLD WE COULD NOT SEND OUT HAND SANITIZERS. Why the hell do we even do those custom declarations if shit like this happens?! Aren’t they supposed to know when accepting the parcel and warn beforehand about this?! I’m not a frequent parcel sender and I don’t know all the details but I did trust employees that if something is wrong they’d warn us
