I’ve completed 3 online complaints, come in person 4x and not once can I speak to anyone who can help. Three times they wrote down my number and said someone would call me, it’s been 2 months since I got my mail!!

After speaking with USPS customer service, I was given their phone number, but they don't answer their phone. It's no wonder that the USPS is struggling and should be permanently shuttered.
