  I had a very unpleasant experience at this UPS location. The staff was rude and unhelpful from the start. They showed no willingness to assist or respect for the customer. I left very dissatisfied with the treatment and, honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You expect courteous and professional service, something I did not receive

  Pésimo servicio la señora me dobló mis documentos sin mi permiso… y no traía mi id solo mi pasaporte y yo he mandado documentos y siempre había sido con mi pasaporte americano ,prefiero seguir mandando mis documentos cerca de casa Houston 🙏🏻

  Noel is amazing at her job! As for the manager, everytime I come in no matter the time of day is just rude and almost belittling. Unfortunately, I don’t want to drive to the next town over so it is what it is, but manager should take pointers from Noel.

  Mrs Noel is the best customer service representative I have encountered in a long time!💫 She was very patient. kind and professional. She didn't make me feel like I was a pest with all my random questions... She needs a raise cause her level of professionalism and patience is unmatched! People should take notes.. A BIGGG Thank you for your help and all you do! 💫💐
