  This UPS is like the sloth run DMV in Disney's film Zootopia. They're nice enough but I think the only person who does anything quickly and efficiently is the one African American lady there. Saw her take care of like 10 ppl in the time it took the other employees to take care of 2 each. There needs to be a kiosk for customers to scan Amazon returns for themselves because it's painfully slow on most days.

  Staff is friendly but they definitely need a drop off kiosk from Amazon packages as most ups stores have these days

  What do I like about UPS Elgin. It’s very conveniently located. What I don’t like about UPS Elgin. The owners are miserable people. They seem to hate their job. Never a smile or friendly service. Ive started using other UPS stores that are definitely not conviently located. The other workers are much better but turnover seems to be high.

  The UPS store in Elgin is absolutely the best. They are patient, kind and so professional. My name is Pam and we were in their store to get a lot of copies made. Their expertise is amazing and made things so much easier for us. Please know the WCCA is grateful for your donation and thankful for a business with the best staff in Elgin.

  Insanely rude manager. Store is a disaster with a non-functioning front door. Customers all had to squeeze through because it wouldnt open fully. Kept claiming an image was copywritten, then refused to see proof that it was distributed by the owners with Open License. It was the product of a national charity-drive. Blind incompetence at its worst. Drive somewhere else. Anywhere else.
