  TRASHY STORE. I'D SAY DRIVE SOME WHERE ELSE. THIS STORE IS A COMPLETE JOKE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE AND DO NOT RUN A BUSINESS THEY RUN A CIRCUS.

  I went to this UPS store in Elgin, TX today to get help returning an Amazon package. The package came to my house in a very badly torn box with only 2 parts which were very heavy. It was a car carrier for a mobility scooter. It was missing all the nuts and bolts to put it together. After a week of messaging back and forth with the Carrier Co. and sending pictures they asked me to send repeatedly, the company asked me to return the 2 parts I received in the box it came in. For the 4th time I told them the box was torn up. They sent me the return lable and left it up to me to find a box for it. I took it to the Elgin, TX UPS Store and told them I needed to return the item to the company. They told me they didn't think they had a box big and sturdy enough to send it back in. Brian, the manager, went to the back to check on a box that they use for big portraits. It's a double wall box for heavy fragile items. Brian and Cesar brought it out to my truck in the hot noon day heat to see if the item could fit, and it did. They taped it all up very well and brought the item back into the store for mailing. I just want to say they went way above and beyond expectations. They were very professional, curtious and knowledgeable. They were life savers. Thank you Brian and Cesar.

  The help and service I received today were over the top. I am absolutely blown away by how quick, professional, kind, and conscious they were about my needs. I can't say enough, UPS should do everything they can to keep these guys.

  The store went out of their way to make a wedding poster on foam core at the last minute. So appreciated!

  I go to this UPS for the convenience but the owners are rude and seem like they can’t be bothered. The man & the women act like they can’t see a kid walk thru their doors so I just avoid taking my kids in all together. Other than that it’s a good store just wished they worked on their customer service !
