They are literally 100% out of 100% for losing packages. And what's crazy is I have a PO box! So they lose them from the dock to the PO box. At any rate, the supervisor told me today that it's not their problem if a package is lost and I need to take it up with whomever shipped it. Even though I have proof of delivery, including the name of the person who signed for it. So, Seriously? That's the supervisor's response? They keep saying the post office is going to go bankrupt or out of business. If this is indicative of their level of competence and care for their customers, maybe it's about time they do. Perhaps when they're all looking for jobs they'll think about how they could have done their jobs better
