Had to leave work several times and a month later and I got no key for my mailbox and my mail is lost! Zero accountability. Im thinking of moving my mail to a friend's house. Smh.
- IRIsis RodriquezAug 26, 20264.0I wanted to cry… one employee was “nice” all the other try to look professional and they are almost rude maybe it’s because they are tired of people moving here or maybe they are like that to everyone I came from GA and people in offices there are the most sweet, here will take a lot to get use to it and not take it personal… and if this was almost rude, wait until you have to go and get new license plate in by las Tierras you’ll cry… those ladies are really nice to each behind the desk but rude to the core (there was one nice)

The personnel at the customer service windows are professional, and do their best to provide a timely and courteous service. Even when lines are long, I still and hear the staff like Jay, Jose, Eddie and the female gal doing their best to help the customers with their needs whether it’s for mailing letter(s), a package or passport needs.

Two days later, I checked the USPS website for an update, and it said that my package had been forwarded. Where? Why? Now it’s sitting in Florida for no apparent reason. I hardly doubt I ever see my package. If I could leave zero stars, I would. This is exactly why I prefer UPS and FedEx.
