We made an appointment, I brought my children’s old passports to turn in and was told twice we didn’t need to send them in. I even showed where it said to send them in, we were told just their birth certificates where needed and they would not send the old passports, 4 weeks later I got the letter saying that passports cannot be processed because the old ones where not sent in. Now I need to pay to mail them and wait another 4-6 weeks for the passports.
