- HHhelenAug 12, 20261.0Someone messed up the process of sending a pre-paid envelope and long story short they lost my passport. The lady was rude and didn’t ask me if i wanted insurance or if I wanted to choose priority first which I didn’t know was an option at the time. Also when I went back to ask for help she talked to me like I was dumb.

I sided with the two ladies and was denied service too and finally overcharged me. He only relented after it turned out one of the ladies is a news reporter. I am calling the US postal service number and no one answers. It's been one hour on hold.
