- HHHJMay 13, 20261.0I arrived on Tuesday at around 5:30 PM, and there were already over 20 people in line. After waiting for 30 minutes, they had only processed 5 people, leaving 15 still ahead of me. Even though the closing time is 6PM, it’s now 6PM, there are also still about 10 people behind me, and people keep walking in. Is this post office open all night? I have no idea how only ONE employee is expected to handle this volume of people. I’ve visited many post offices across different states and cities, but I’ve never seen anything like this. I eventually had to leave because I couldn't wait any longer. With one person managing this many customers and a mountain of packages, I seriously doubt everything is being processed correctly. Another customer asked if there were any other staff or a manager available given the lack of crowd control, and the employee responded, “NO, ONLY ME.”

They don't know where it is. $450 down the drain, just like that. Item was "delivered", still haven't gotten it. Moral of this story, don't trust the feds with your package. Use other private mail carriers.
