- NLNicholas LamegoJul 1, 20261.0Only one person at the counter with a line out the door. This office always has the slowest service with poor customer service. The low rating is deserved, but they don't care.
- KPKaren PolinesiaJun 28, 20262.0Oh my God, where do I even start? It was my first time visiting this branch; I’d gotten off work late, so their closing time was really convenient for me. However, the line was awful—I stood there for 30 minutes. There was just one man at the counter until a woman finally opened another window. When I went to drop off my packages, the woman helping me grilled me with questions about what I was shipping and what was inside the packages. I told her it was clothes and a book, but she proceeded to lecture me about which app I was using to sell items, telling me I needed to specify exactly what I was selling, and so on. Since when has dropping off packages become such a hassle? I always take my packages to other USPS locations and have never been treated like that. Honestly, the only good thing about this place is the self-service kiosk.

I have received other people’s stuff, and not my own. And I have had stuff jammed in to my small mail box cuz the driver is too lazy to take it to my front door. Really sad!
