The 1-800 number can't connect you with a live agent, and doesn't provide any assistance. I am just trying to find out about a mailbox key to my apartment complex, as I moved recently. I put in for this over a week ago, I am disabled and don't drive and can't keep running to the post office by bus all the time just to find this out. I am expecting important mail from agencies that I am afraid could be lost, or delayed because of this.
