Manager of the store was very helpful and great at multitasking. Needed to scan documents to an email and did everything for me.

SO SLOW. There’s always a line. I’m 5th in line and there’s 6 people behind me. It’s been 10 minutes. It’s always like this. Every spot I move up there’s another person waking through the door. 15 MINUTES MINIMUM WAIT I literally just have ONE QR code to scan that takes 15 seconds.

I was waiting on a very important package today and it just says “delivery attempted”. I sat outside all day for this, paid a ton of money to ship it just to not receive my package on time.

Ever since Karan took over as the new owner, this UPS Store no longer values its customers. Staff are trained to aggressively push unneeded services, and the owner regularly disrespects and belittles his employees in full view of customers. This is not how a business on a military base should operate. Save yourself the hassle and use the Post Office instead. I will be reporting this location directly to AAFES.

Jacklyn truly went above and beyond for me, and I am so incredibly grateful for her kindness and patience. I was trying to print photos of my family to take with me before leaving for deployment, and what should have been a simple email transfer turned into quite the hassle. When the pictures would not send properly, Jacklyn did not give up—she patiently helped find a workaround so she could receive the photos, download them, and make sure they printed perfectly. She then went even further and offered to laminate them for me so they would stay protected throughout my deployment. That small gesture meant more to me than she probably realizes. Having durable, protected photos of my family to carry with me while I am away means the absolute world to me. Jacklyn’s patience, attention to detail, willingness to help, and genuine kindness made such a difference. She took the time to make sure everything was exactly right, and I cannot thank her enough. This was outstanding customer service and such a thoughtful experience during an emotional and busy time for me. Thank you so much, Jacklyn! ❤️🇺🇸
