  This store is nearest to my home I visit very frequently. The staff is always very friendly and efficient. I appreciate their kind service.

  I had the best customer service from Rosie. I had a lot of items that needed to be printed in color and she went above and beyond in helping me in getting the correct size. I don't need to go anywhere else for printing needs. Reasonable prices too.

  Drivers don’t deliver to the apartments just the foyer area if they even actually deliver as my proof of delivery photos doesn’t even contain the package. 6 items in this package with a side table being one of those items…but no package in the photo. An investigation apparently means the driver gets to come back and look. For what? The driver couldn’t even take a photo of the package or actually take it to the apartment. That investigation also takes a minimum of 8 business days while I’m out the package. Not my first time with the drivers not delivering to the actual apartment here either. If one set of stairs is insurmountable to your drivers, much less an actual proof of delivery photo that shows proof of delivery , well that speaks for itself.

  I highly recommend this UPS store. Armando is very efficient. He made things very easy and prompt to resolve an issue to ship a valuable item out of town. He was very careful and provided a professional service. In addition to this, he provided me with a reasonable price. I received the valuable item in two days. The box was intact and good condition. Armando is great!! I really thank you!
