  I went in to drop off an item I sold online, I was told the packaging I brought in myself was “unacceptable due to not meeting UPS testing standards approval”. I paid $10.00 + for a simple cardboard box. My item weighed less than 7 pounds plus maybe a pound or so from their overpriced cardboard box. At the time of dropping my package, it was weighed and put into their “UPS approved” cardboard box and I received a receipt for it, everything was fine until after delivery of my package to my customer. Where I was then charged an extra $13.05 for shipping because the carrier reported it weighed 17 pounds despite having been weighed at less than 8 pounds at the time of dropping it off!!!

  I frequent this location when I have to return items to Amazon. The staff is always friendly and takes care of me quickly.

  We had a large amount of documents to be notarized, Ms Tori was a true professional, she patiently waited till we were done signing. Her professionalism is what makes us come back to this store over and over. Thanks Ms Tori.

  I called with many questions and Sebastian was very knowledgeable and patient. When I went over to the store I asked for him specifically because of his professionalism. He was again very fast and helpful in taking care of my needs. You don’t see young man like him anymore . It was a pleasure having him assist me. Give him a raise !!!😀😀😀
