  I had a very disappointing experience today. Fabiola provided terrible customer service she did a poor job handling my request and couldn't even be bothered to assist me properly. It really seemed like she just didn't want to be there or deal with customers at all. Thankfully, Arianna stepped in and saved the day. She was kind, professional, and actually took the time to help me out. Management should recognize Arianna for her great customer service, but Fabiola definitely needs some retraining.

  We sent a small box for our truck driver using ups service “customer pick-up.” We called to ask if it can stay several more days, we will pay for that, they said yes. Today our driver showed up but they sent the package back. Not good!

  Horrible service on 09/29/2026 09:30 there was two girls working. A brown and white girl. The brown girl was extremely unpleasant. I had a small package less than a pound. This girl said okay would you like the extra protection plan, I asked is it extra and she replied no. I said okay sounds good. She says okay the total is 31 dollars. I’m like damn!! For a basic deliver to the same state is crazy for such a small item. I asked, is there something less expensive. This girl says, yes we have a 12 dollar shipping but you will lose your extra protection plan, like whaaaat! So she was charging me extra for the protection plan and blatantly lied to me. So I agree to the 12 dollars, the girl says okay it will be 22 dollars. Again I’m confused because, how!!. I realized she was selling me an oversized box for 8 dollars hahaha. I was so upset I didn’t want to get unprofessional so I left. FedEx would never!! I’ll never be going to this UPS store again!!!!

  Julian was fantastic to work with — very professional from start to finish. He did a great job on our print job, paying close attention to quality and detail. Would definitely recommend him and look forward to working with him again.
