  Small, however, it has everything from printing to scanning to Internet to packaging everything that you need to connect with people from other states to do your homework. You have a hair I ask you to come and visit it. It’s inside the Walmart on Saragoza in Loop.

  Extremely unprofessional experience at this FedEx location. I arrived at 5:05 PM, not realizing this particular location closes at 5:00 since nearly every other FedEx location in El Paso was still open. The gate was completely open, there was no closed sign blocking the entrance, and an employee was still inside vacuuming. Since it looked open, I walked all the way in and up to the counter. Only then did the employee tell me they were closed. I explained that I was literally just dropping off a prepaid package. There was nothing to pack, purchase, or prepare. It simply needed to be scanned and accepted, which would have taken a few seconds. He flat-out refused and even laughed about not being able to take it. I understand that businesses have closing times, and I wouldn't expect someone to stay late to handle an entire transaction. But if you're closed, close the gate. Don't leave the entrance wide open so customers can walk all the way up to the register and then act like they're the problem for thinking you're open. It was five minutes after closing, the employee was still there, the gate was wide open, and this was a simple prepaid drop-off. A tiny bit of professionalism and customer service would have gone a long way. Instead, I wasted my time driving here and now have to go to another FedEx location.

  Delivered a 400 dollar ebike and it was broken now we are waiting for replacement parts and it's been a week and a half . This company sucks bad!!
