- ZSZaec SheroJul 18, 20261.0I don't like that for basic packages, they show up late, but when something is VERY important (like requiring a signature) they show up WAY too early and don't bother sticking around for the recipient to respond. On top of that, I contacted corporate twice about them missing my location because they actually DIDN'T KNOCK on the door (my dog barks every time) or WAIT for me, and just took a picture of my place and left... WITH MY PACKAGE! Further more, the representative confirmed it could just go to the nearby office location to pick it up, but when I got there I was told it was at a warehouse ACROSS STATE LINES! THAT IS NOT AT THE OFFICE NEAR ME! I want my stuff and I don't like their inconsistent mannerisms of how they handle priority and non-priority items. Treat them the same and have all your team members on the same page and level of communication/commitment. Suggestion: there should be a system/method in play for high priority packages that require a signature, separate from the normal stuff, that involves multiple attempts ON THE SAME DAY with a different truck. The current system shouldn't FORCE drivers to hurry so much they forget basic courtesy to the consumers.
