  ​Terrible service and ridiculous excuses. I came to drop off a pre-packaged shipment and they refused to accept it, giving absurd excuses that match all the negative reviews others have left here. It feels like a clear cash grab—they refuse your package just to force you to pay an extra $30 for their in-store packaging. Absolutely unacceptable service. AVOID this location if you can.

  Delivered an e bike to my home and it was broken !! Now we been waiting for a replacement part going on a week and a half . This delivery company is garbage .

  I am writing to express significant disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my attempt to return items at your facility today. I’ve been to this location for returns on previous occasions without any issues so I was taken back by an associate named Marissa when she requested to inspect the contents of the boxes. Given that the items were still in their original packaging I had received them, I readily granted her permission, anticipating no complications. However, this inspection quickly escalated into an unexpected problem! Marissa informed me that certain items would require repackaging into separate and different boxes due to "specific packaging requirements." This was perplexing as the very company that originally shipped these items to me had no issue with the current packaging! I informed this to Marissa and she attributed the discrepancy to the drivers who initially picked up the boxes, claiming they had failed to inform the shipping company of these supposed requirements. To my disbelief, this responsibility was somehow implied to be mine now?! Which I find utterly illogical. Adding to the frustration, Marissa stated that I would need to contact the original provider of my return labels to obtain additional ones or I can have FedEx package the items for me for $85! Marissa lacks in empathy and made no attempt to provide a constructive resolution. Her non-responsive "blank stare" and inability to offer viable alternatives left me feeling incredibly upset and unsupported. I also should had asked her to put everything back together the way I originally packaged it but I didn’t 🙄 I attached photographs that demonstrate the packaging of the items as they were prepared for return. I trust that you will review this matter thoroughly and address the shortcomings in service I experienced.
