- SSSupercalifragilisticexpialidociousJul 24, 20261.0I attempted to mail a t-shirt to a friend for his birthday. The T-shirt was folded up in a sealed plastic bag, from the manufacturer. I waited in line, walked up to the front counter and the employee behind the counter, insisted that I buy a package or box to ship the T-shirt. I purchased a shipping envelope from them. I put the t-shirt inside the shipping envelope, and sealed it up. I waited in line again. When I got to the front counter, the employee behind the counter put the shipping envelope with the t-shirt inside, on top of their scale. I paid the postage. A week later I got a notice from the post office saying that my package was at the post office with postage due. I went back to the post office with the notice. I waited in line, got to the front counter and showed the person behind the counter my notice. After about 5 or 10 minutes, they finally found my package. The package was dirty, and had footprints all over the package, like they were playing soccer with it and were stepping on it. The person behind the counter said that there was postage due. I showed the person behind the counter my receipt, I had paid for the postage. The person behind the counter immediately started arguing with me, saying that there was postage due.(Even tho I had showed her my receipt) I took my package and went to FedEx. they shipped my package with no problems or hassles whatsoever. The postmaster at this facility should be reading all these reviews, but obviously he doesn't care about the customers or the general public.

Then the next day I got another one that my 2nd package was ready so my brother went to pick them both up for me, but only received one of them. So now 5 to 6 days later I STILL HAVE NOT GOT MY PACKAGE!! my message says it is ready but the ppl there at the post office say "they cant find it" when i know they have it or took it. Do they think I'm stupid... my email says it was scanned and ready for pick up. I WANT MY PACKAGE!!! Anyone who knows someone that works here at the el campo post office let them know it's not right to take what does not belong to them. Make it right and give the packages to the ppl that they belong to.
