  I attempted to mail a t-shirt to a friend for his birthday. The T-shirt was folded up in a sealed plastic bag, from the manufacturer. I waited in line, walked up to the front counter and the employee behind the counter, insisted that I buy a package or box to ship the T-shirt. I purchased a shipping envelope from them. I put the t-shirt inside the shipping envelope, and sealed it up. I waited in line again. When I got to the front counter, the employee behind the counter put the shipping envelope with the t-shirt inside, on top of their scale. I paid the postage. A week later I got a notice from the post office saying that my package was at the post office with postage due. I went back to the post office with the notice. I waited in line, got to the front counter and showed the person behind the counter my notice. After about 5 or 10 minutes, they finally found my package. The package was dirty, and had footprints all over the package, like they were playing soccer with it and were stepping on it. The person behind the counter said that there was postage due. I showed the person behind the counter my receipt, I had paid for the postage. The person behind the counter immediately started arguing with me, saying that there was postage due.(Even tho I had showed her my receipt) I took my package and went to FedEx. they shipped my package with no problems or hassles whatsoever. The postmaster at this facility should be reading all these reviews, but obviously he doesn't care about the customers or the general public.

  When the posted hours are on the door and available on the internet, the workers should abide by the time..... It was 4:24 on Thursday 4/10/25 when I and another customer walked into the Post Office to find the blinds pulled shut and the lobby door locked. I had a box full of stamped envelopes to be mailed that had to be shoved in the slit in the wall. I wish they would respect the hours posted.

  They've withheld my mail because the lazy delivery person refuses to leave their vehicle, they've placed my mail beside the back door instead of just placing it by my front door so I didn't know I received it, I constantly have to go pick up my own mail at the post office and overall terrible customer service this is down right the worst post office I've ever had the misfortune to have and Im saddened by the fact that I'm forced to use them
