- CMCarlos Mancha6 days ago1.0I've experienced a few bad moments what does particular post office in Edinburg Texas first when items are delivered through Amazon for one particular reason they send them back and forth to Rio grande City and I don't get them in the time that Amazon said I would. Second I recently paid $12 for next day delivery and he took them 12 days to deliver important documents, offset letters that get there the second or third day by just putting a stamp on them but I have to go to the mcallen post office. Just thought I would share that with people that got through the same problem.

- VVVJul 17, 20261.0I have had multiple negative experiences with this post office, and this latest one has been incredibly frustrating. Several months ago, I paid to have my mailbox lock and key replaced after my mailbox would no longer close properly. Despite paying on March 31, I never received the replacement key. After months of waiting, I finally went back to ask about it and was told that someone was “going right now” to replace the lock. If that’s the case, I don’t understand why it took months and multiple follow-ups to address something I had already paid for. To make matters worse, I was told my mail would be held while I waited for the replacement key. I normally receive a significant amount of mail, yet when I finally accessed my mailbox there were only three envelopes, one of which wasn’t even addressed to me. I still have no explanation for what happened to the rest of my mail. This is not my first issue with this location. In the past, my driver’s license was also misplaced, creating another unnecessary headache. The lack of communication, delays, and apparent mishandling of customers’ mail have made this a very disappointing experience. I sincerely hope management looks into these issues so other customers don’t have to deal with the same frustration.
