- TMTonya MetzJan 31, 20251.0INCOMPETENCE AT ITS BEST. Constantly return my packages to sender stating I must have given the wrong address or the tracking # I am gicen doesn't exist. After weeks of going back and forth with the senders and the USPS EB my packages are found. The address has not been incorrect. Now they think filling out a card will help because there's a new carrier. How about just figure out how to send packages out to the address on the box or envelope....

Jeanette and Cindy were extremely helpful, very friendly, and professional. We were in and out within 30 minutes. I can’t tell you how grateful we are for their help. Best postal experience ever! - KMKelly MoralesApr 15, 20225.0After I had another town post office cancel our passport appointment because their internet was down, I couldn't get ahold of any post office from here to galveston. No one answered except East Bernard. They told us to come on in even though they were fully booked. They were polite, understanding, and very quick with everyone there. They were switching back and forth to get to everyone. My kids were able to get passports, photos, and even left with easter eggs and coloring pages. They were extremely friendly and I am greatful for them fitting us in. Even though they were busy, I was still in and out within 30 mins.

Not only did they give me an attitude, the lady in the front kept ignoring me and attending the other customers behind me! If you're going to work at a place that requires customer service, at least improve your people skills. There is no need to be rude to someone coming in for some help.
