  Send out a package from Eagle Pass Texas UPS store Bibb St. UPS office worker ( Mia) was very nice, respectful , wonderful attitude and fast in service. Definitely coming back to mail out from here.

  The new employees they have now are a total mess. They gave me a letter that belongs to someone else, and they kept calling me while I was at work. I returned that letter immediately because they wanted me to go to my house to pick it up. When I returned it, they acted like they didn’t know I was returning something they claimed the day before was so important. Unbelievable. They don't have enough training, and they don't have common-sense respect for their customers.

  I had a package that just needed about a foot of tape. I was a little surprised that there wasn’t an option to either sell me just that amount or simply extend the courtesy of adding it with the service. Instead, I ended up paying about $10 after tax (around $9.70 really) for an entire roll. What caught me off guard is that Walmart, which is just down the road, sells tape of similar quality for around $2–3, tax included. (Photo attached: a 12-pack for about $21—that’s roughly $1.75 per roll 😭🙏. The profit margin has to be pretty high.) Afterward, I looked at the reviews, and it made more sense. This is one of the lowest-rated shipping stores in Eagle Pass, and a lot of the reviews mention similar experiences. I also noticed the business has replied several times saying they’d work on it, so I hope that’s something that actually happens because it seems like an easy fix. Pro tip: instead of requiring customers to buy a whole roll, you could offer a “taping service” for anywhere from $0.50 to $3, depending on how much tape is used. I think customers would appreciate it, and honestly, you’d probably make more money that way too.

  Hola, Quisiera comentarles algo que vi el jueves pasado alrededor de las 7:00 pm. Llegué a dejar un paquete sin fijarme en el horario de cierre, y noté que la puerta estaba sin seguro y la tienda con las luces apagadas, sin nadie adentro. Vi después que su horario es hasta las 6:30 pm. Se los comento con mucho respeto y solo como medida preventiva, para que puedan revisarlo y evitar cualquier inconveniente. Espero que no haya pasado nada.
