  If you’re planning to print just a few pages, I strongly advise against using this place. They have an exorbitant minimum card balance requirement of $5.00 USD. It’s simply not worth it, especially considering the low printing rates of around $0.25 USD to $0.50 USD. I understand that this is a locally owned business, but I can’t support such practices.

  AT&T gave me a free label too send my trade in back too them, all for ups too still charge me 16 dollars for a box?! And then AT&T advised me that ups shouldn’t be charging for that. That AT&T covers for the whole thing. Whoever owns this store, would love some feedback on that. If ATT is paying for everything, would appreciate my 16 back

  Terrible customer service. There’s no reason to deny UPS labeled packages even though they received a package the girl refuse to give me my package. This shouldn’t be named ups the only store that wont accept a package from another ups. Also open time its 8;40-9 not 8:30 staff is late

  Pésimo servicio ,,, siempre de malas ,, con prisa de q ya te vayas ,, y si recibes un paquete con ellos,, olvídalo ,, ellos no pueden ayudarte a rastrearlo “porq no corresponde a ellos “ ,, y si lo dejaron en la dirección equivocada ,, tampoco es culpa de ellos … Y me dieron este número de teléfono para q yo pida ayuda , pero solo contesta una máquina que tampoco sirve para nada,, en fin , gracias por nada

  This has to be the worst place I have ever dealt with. Employee said that my package was rejected since early this morning because I didn’t have a box there. Said that some driver had picked it back up early this morning. When I checked the tracking it showed to still be at this store at 5:30 pm and when I was instructed to call customer service they said the exact same thing that the tracking website said. Needless to say I have my package that the driver picked up at 6:00 pm and took back to the UPS yard. He was so sweet and kind. Unlike the employees at the store. Will never ever go back in that store again.
