- YFYenicy FernandezJul 9, 20261.0Quiero reportar un incidente de extrema falta de profesionalismo y un trato completamente inaceptable por parte de una de sus empleadas. Fui a la oficina con la intención de enviar un paquete a España. La empleada que me atendió se negó a procesar mi envío. Me dio excusas contradictorias, alegando primero que "ya no estaban mandando paquetes a España" por problemas del sistema, para luego decirme que regresara otro día a ver si ya se podía. Al volver a consultar al día siguiente (viernes), me informaron que el paquete sí se podía enviar, pero que la empleada del jueves simplemente no ingresó la información porque no entendía el sistema y "había llegado a unas gomitas", admitiendo básicamente que prefirió no hacer su trabajo por la cantidad de papeleo y el esfuerzo que requería en la computadora. Además de su negligencia laboral, el trato de esta persona fue sumamente hostil y con una actitud cargada de prejuicios, la cual considero que fue una falta de respeto total. Es una lástima que una oficina de servicio público cuente con personal tan incompetente y grosero, que afecta directamente la experiencia de los usuarios. Exijo que se tomen las medidas disciplinarias correspondientes con esta empleada para que ningún otro cliente tenga que pasar por una experiencia tan desagradable.

I was cut off mid sentence with “I cannot help you here you have to go to the court house “I said ok I went to the court house…when I came back to the post office I got in line to buy a money order and a postage stamp to mail priority mail she handed me the money order and told me to fill it out and to get back at THE END IF THE LINE I was so frustrated I almost walked out next time I will just go to a different post office even though this is were I’m from I would rather not deal with people like this!!
