Andrew is always there with a smile on his face and happy to problem solve shipping some large items that I’ve done. Micah and Dawn are both equally fantastic, helpful and kind. They are always moving the volume through the store as quickly as possible and are just so friendly while doing so. I love this store and am so grateful they are so helpful and kind to me always! I will never go anywhere else unless I have to go to FedEx for a specific package. This is my go to shipping store even for the holiday season! The pricing is always fair as well. Things arrive safe and on time! Thank you UPS Dripping Springs team!
- DGDevin GintherSep 9, 20261.0There were 10 people in a kiosk line for Amazon returns. I simply had a prelabeled package ready to ship. Asked them kindly to just scan it as it wasn't a return. They denied it and made me wait 15 minutes in line to just scan it!! Terrible customer service.
- TPTimothy PorterSep 5, 20261.0The employees there are the reason we don't go anymore. We would go 3-5 days a week as we own a resale business. The lines suck and we we understand that. It's just what it is, but the employees don't make it any better . It's like many of them would rather hide than do their job. Recommendation to management, just replace the full staff. Your other reviews agree with this. To not recognize and course correct will be the end of your business.
