After 5 minutes Andrew becomes free at the front counter and refuses to scan a fully labeled and boxed item. Not a return, not Amazon, something I printed at home and just needed a receipt for dropoff. NOPE! So 10 people wait while an employee refuses service because now you HAVE to self service? Somehow I think Andrew got it wrong, or at least I hope so. Where is management in this store? Train these people in service already. 10 people waiting!
