It honestly felt like they didn’t want to be bothered helping customers at all. The location is convenient, but the poor attitude and lack of service make it not worth returning. Just get more machines and remove the human element if they are going to act like a machine.

They went against their business rules and took my shorts to hold onto them. Was told I would get a call from them. My shorts were either thrown away, being used by one of the employees, or sold online. They refused to give me money back for the shorts as they were nearly $75 from Under Armor. They told me that they had never seen shorts here ever. I knew the manager was lying to me on the phone. So I went ahead and reported this UPS store to the Better Business Bureau. Do not use this location. Some or most of the employees will take your items and try to sell it for cash. The post office is more reliable and trustworthy.
