  The lady that took care of me today, Shawda I believe was her name on her tag was the only employee working, yet she handled everything with a calm, professional, and friendly attitude. Even while managing everything on her own, she was patient, organized, and made the entire process smooth. Thank you !

  We do not receive our mail during regular business hours/days. We see the mailman pass our mailbox although my email shows we should receive it on the designated day. It's very frustrating. This mailman does it often, but you can't reach anyone to complain!

  Absolutely terrible service at THIS location even though on the official website they state they accept walk ins on Thursdays from 8:30am-11am that is 10000000% incorrect!!!! they should put that they only accept 6 walk in’s !!! On Thursday and when I had went in the lady at the front removed the clip board as I was going to sign in and she stated very rudely that she is done with walk ins for the day and is only accepting 6 since she is by herself I was 7th in line and there was no one behind me. When I asked if she could make the exception for one more person considering I had arrived there at 7:30 am a whole hour before opening and there was no one after me and once again the website stated 8:30-11 she again rudely gave me a paper with another location on it and told me “I need to go there to get help” On top of that she seemed bothered that people were even there to begin with as if she is not at work???? She should reconsider her occupation. After having to leave with absolutely no help from anyone at the Desto location I tried to contact a supervisor and or manager for the locations after calling multiple times I finally got an answer and supervisor Nikki answered the phone when asking her what were the policies for walks is she stated the same as what was put on the website then added they only take 6 when I tried to explain that they should change there website to say only 6 she sarcastically stated I could make an appointment when trying to to explain that that is not the point the point is they should follow policy she then acted like the phone call was cutting out and acted like she couldn’t hear me she then told me if I could hear her to call back and proceeded to hang up on me I called back 4 times immediately before I got an answer. When I asked her why could Lancaster take appointments and walk ins but they couldn’t she told me “yea sorry” and this is coming from an alleged supervisor this was my first time getting a passport and I will forever remember this experience not for any good reason. Thank you to the Lancaster locations for helping me out and being a bit more helpful and not so passive aggressive.

  Mrs. Vicky had a long line but still helped and guided me with the less expensive way to mail my letters. She always works fast a diligently every time I visit
