I have to mail certified letters each month for my job and the last time I visited this location, not only did she turn me away, she was unbelievably rude. In front of everyone she exclaimed “I can’t do that now!”. Absolute disrespect to me and my time. Go to the location on E. McKinney street so you don’t have to deal with their insufferable rudeness. That’s not the only time I’ve seen them blow off a customer. Once I went in and there was a lady from overseas asking the other customers for help because the clerks would not help her. When I got to the front of the line, I let them know that lady needed help. The same clerk who turned me away said “I can’t do that for her”…I don’t recommend this location whatsoever. They will turn you away if they’re not in the mood to help you.
