Extremely Disappointing Customer Service
I’m very disappointed with how my issue was handled at this store. I expected the store manager to take ownership of the situation and help find a reasonable solution, but instead I was met with what felt like a complete lack of understanding, urgency, and willingness to resolve the problem.
A manager should be able to listen to a customer’s concern, explain the available options, and work toward a solution. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I left feeling frustrated and as though my time and concerns simply weren’t important.
The way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional and reflects poorly on the store. I hope management takes customer service and accountability more seriously going forward.

The quick service you receive and friendly greetings and acknowledgment that you have arrived. Big thanks to Margaret for her help! She was fast but didn’t make me feel rushed.

I had a great experience at the UPS Store. I went there to take a few printouts and also to mail some letters. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. I only had to wait a few minutes, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. I really appreciate their excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

I had my passport photo done here and the process was quick and easy. Unfortunately the Passport Acceptance facility that I took my photos to informed me that the photos I took at UPS Store will likely not pass, and in order to make sure my application was submitted, I had to go forward with the facility's photo service instead. Since UPS has a no refund policy on photos at UPS, I could not get any of the money back that I spent at UPS for the photos. The photos could not be used for their intended purpose at the end of the day, and I wasted $17. I highly recommend customers take photos at their Passport Facilities rather than with UPS Store. At least at the Passport Facility, they will ensure your photo is acceptable and send it with the application. It was also cheaper anyways to do it at the facility. The manager said UPS commonly gets requests for refunds on their photos, which is why they do not allow refund. I wondered why others are requesting refunds so much and now I understand. The manager was not willing to do a store credit either and essentially just insinuated that I shouldn't have listened to the Passport Facility, leaving me feeling like it was all my fault I got into this situation. Take your money elsewhere.
EDIT: The business' response still hasn't made an attempt to solve any of the problem I've experienced. Does the manager want me to take back my application from the Dept of State? At the end of the day, I'm out money from multiple businesses when I trusted UPS Store to make my experience easy. Instead of a real apology, they just continue to essentially say I got coerced into some sort of scam and won't do anything to help. At the end of the day, my entire situation would have been avoided if I did not purchase the photos from UPS. Conclusion: Make it easy on yourself and get a passport photo done cheaper and easier at a recognized passport facility.
Terrible experience from start to finish. I’m moving from Denton, went and bought some boxes from ups to help me move. I happened to be down the street 2 miles, at a different ups store, and bought the boxes there. I ended up not using one of the boxes, completely untouched. I bring it back to return it, all of a sudden returning of unused boxes is not allowed. I ask the lady if it’s a store policy or a company policy, she says a store policy. I drive 2 miles down the street to this ups store, I call before going to make sure I cans return the box there, they said yes if it’s unused. I get there, the lady behind the desk had a nasty attitude from the beginning, says to me “you have to return it at the store you bought it from”. I looked around and asked am I at ups right now? She said each store is owned by a different person. So one store will sell you a box without telling you it’s a final decision, and the other store will allow a box return but only if you buy it from them. The lady at ups thought telling me each store is owned by a different person was a sufficient answer. How would the consumer know that if I buy something at a UPS store, that that store is its own entity and isn’t a part of the rest of the UPS stores in the country. $27 box for this exciting ride.
